A new year and a time to reflect on the growth of Humanity's
Team Canada and align ourselves again with a New Spirituality that enlarges
and enhances humanity's current beliefs about God and life in a way that is
changing us forever. As we pioneer, becoming grander visions then versions of
ourselves, the New Spirituality lives and breathes. As we honour the gentle
breathe of Spirit within ourselves the winds of our joined Spirit become the
storm of change on planet Earth. She needs us.
Carrying forward the sacred teachings of all time and all teachers, joining
hands with Humanity's Team mates around the world are the goals of this
wonederful New Year. 2006 will give every individual team mate the opportunity
of seeing the change in "BEING" around the world through a world wide
newsletter. The momentum of a passionate world wide volunteer force is as well
creating a Celebration of Life that will, on Thursday night around the world,
create further opportunity to make your/our One voice, count.

learning together "what we as one" looks and acts like. When you realize that

| A Message from our Country Coordinator - A New Year and A New Coordinator | |
Dear Humanity's Team Teammates,
Happy New Year and welcome to 2006! HT Canada is starting out the new year
with a new look coordination team! My name is Tanya Dixon and I have just
stepped into the role of Canadian Country Coordinator. I am based out of
Calgary, Alberta and I am looking forward to serving each of you in this new
role. I am honoured and blessed to serve in a role previously filled by such
ONEderful teammates as Roger Dufau, Sandra Douglas-Tubbs, Benoit Luc Vaudry,
Brandon Klayman, and John Ross. Each of these previous Country Coordinators has
left a beautiful mark and huge shoes to fill! My deepest gratitude to each of
you for all the work you have done for Humanity's Team in Canada.
One of the reasons I am so excited to have taken on this role, is that I get
to continue to work with the rest of the HT Canada Coordination Team! With a
team like ours, my new job will definitely be an easy one!
I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know about the rest of the
changes to our team. Yasmin
Virani our Interim Abundance Coordinator and HT Mississauga Host, has taken
on the role of CanEast Regional Coordinator. Yasmin will be serving teammates
from Ontario to the Atlantic Provinces in her new role.
John Thompson is our
Interim Saskatchewan Coordinator. He has taken on the role of CanWest
Coordinator and will be serving teammates from Manitoba to British Columbia.
John's service as our conference call secretary earns him our eternal gratitude.
Anne Cressy is our Interim
BC Coordinator and Newsletter Coordinator has taken on the newly created role of
Functional Team Coordinator, and in her new role will serve to enhance
communication between all the functional teams and the Coordination Team.
We also have welcomed our newest coordination teammate, Rick Eyre into another newly
created role! Rick has courageously taken on the role of Teen Coordinator for HT
Canada!
Continuing in their current roles, and doing a fantastic job of BEing those
roles: All these team changes have been made through consensus, with support, love,
and resonance from every member of our coordination team. Please join me in
congratulating and thanking each of these souls for BEing the change they wish
to see in this world!
HT Canada is growing, and we are ready for teammates to step
up into other stewardship roles within our organization! There are openings for
provincial coordinators, functional team coordinators, functional team members,
and group hosts and facilitators. These roles are easily filled with ten hours

My Dear Friends,
I wonder if you would like to sit down with me and talk in person about how
we can change our lives and change our world. I will be doing just that with a
group of interested and dedicated people this coming May at a weekend
retreat in Canmore. When we are together we'll look at how we can apply the
extraordinary messages of Conversations with God to our every day experience,
and how we can use those messages to help heal our global community. I really
believe that there IS something that we can all do about our worldwide
situation, notwithstanding that the Conversations with God books says that there
is nothing we have to do. Of course, nothing we have to do, and being the change
we wish to see in the world, are not mutually exclusive. I do know for a fact
that Conversations with God can and will change any person's individual life.

Okay, so here is the idea:
The Action Plan to Change Our World is a tri-level global undertaking to
shift the collective consciousness within ten to fifteen years. We seek to
produce not a short-term “band aid” effect, but long term medicine to cure the
ills of our society. Our three pronged approach centers around three specific
kinds of activities in the world:
Since I was given the startling and very direct information contained in The
New Revelations (the first ten chapters of which came through me in six days
following the 9/11 tragedy in 2001), I have been clear that the world is moving
toward a moment of enormous and spectacular possibility for all humankind---OR,
toward the brink of its own self-destruction. We get to choose, and that choice
is being laid before us by the tide of events even as you read these words.
In The New Revelations it is explained that for centuries and millennia human
beings have been trying to solve their problems at every level except the level
at which those problems exist. That is true today, even though we now consider
humanity to be an advanced culture and a highly evolved species.
The problem in our world today is, of course, that we have still not found a
way to live together in peace and harmony. It is not as if we have not been
trying. Yet we have been trying in the same way for all this time, refusing to
consider that perhaps our methodology might need to be altered.
We have been trying to solve the problem as if it were a political problem,
by using political means. Endlessly we have debated, endlessly we have passed
resolutions and voted on solutions and approved legislation…but none of it has
done any good. We are today facing the same problem we faced thousands of years
ago: we just can’t get along.
So we have then tried to solve the problem as if were an economic problem, by
using economic means. Endlessly we have thrown money at it, or withheld money
from it (as in the form of sanctions), imagining that by manipulating cold, hard
cash, we can change the on-the-ground conditions that create disharmony…but none
of this has done any good. We are today facing the same problem we faced
thousands of years ago: we just can’t get along.
So we have said, “Ah! If it is not a political problem and if it is not an
economic problem, it must be a military problem.” And we have tried to solve the
problem using military means. Endlessly we have thrown stones at it and flung
spears at it and shot arrows at it and fired bullets at it and dropped bombs on
it… but none of this has done any good. We are today facing the same problem we
faced thousands of years ago: we just can’t get along.
Do you know the definition of insanity? Insanity is doing the same thing over
and over again, expecting to get a different result.
All of these insights were contained in The New Revelations, and repeated in
Tomorrow's God and in What God Wants. That trilogy of CwG books is essential
reading for anyone thinking of joining The Group of 1000, because all of the
texts make it clear that the problem facing humanity today is not a political
problem, it is not an economic problem, and it is certainly not a military
problem.
THE PROBLEM FACING THE WORLD TODAY IS A SPIRITUAL PROBLEM. AND IT CAN ONLY
BE SOLVED BY SPIRITUAL MEANS.

Happy New Year everyone, and may I be the first to
propose to eliminate this as a yearly greeting to each other, and change to
"Happy New Day" or " Happy New Moment", each and everyday!
Welcome to the second month of plans, progress and updates on what's
happening in the world of Education
and Inner Works in Canada. My name is Wilma Lagerwerf, and I am
delighted to be your Canadian steward for this as well as a group called HT
Kids.
The priority of Education and Innerworks is education of Self, and the role
begins with the recognition that personal evolution is a priority for each of
us. The main goal of E and IW is to source and present New Spirituality sources
mainly through books, but also through related materials, websites and
activities. It is also meant as a resource for speakers, healers, teachers and
spiritual messengers whose path has a spiritual message to share with all.
My personal aspects as the coordinator now become involved as one trying to
live the messages in the New Spirituality. A lover of learning and personal
growth, I have a desire to give back to "life" which I see as a wondrous gift.
Professionally I am involved in education , so combined with the above this is a
way for me to give back to the life I love in a way that reflects my personal
passions. To apply knowledge and experiences I find (in part) it involves
conscious changes as I watch and explore deeper truths about myself. As a parent
this naturally turns my thoughts to how necessary it is to begin the process for
our children. Somehow we must start to portray these messages directly to
children may so they may be given the freedom to fully understand themselves as
tripart beings from a young age and be supported in their paths. This work with
children to me seems the quickest and most effective way to reaching that
critical mass in consciousness we seek, and be "the change we wish to see".
So the following are my ideas on short and long term goals for the creation
of HT Kids - a Children's Education resource in New Spirituality. I also invite
everyone to comment and contribute anytime as this process evolves.
Short Term Goals and Ideals:
What a better way to start a new year than to begin on a plan to move HT Kids
forward on Education to children in the New Spirituality! The very first
priority of the co-creation as a childrens program to be run concurrently with
the "Faith
in the Rockies" retreat and Neale Donald Walsch in Canmore Alberta for May
of this year. A wonderful group of volunteers will be helping to put together
the program material for this retreat, namely Shawn Jimmo, Lynne Cox, Yasmin
Virani, Mary Ann Swan, Gina Sonsogno, Lisa Cloutier, Beverly Chapman , Yves
Fortier, Linda Brewer and myself. Of this group, Shawn, Lynne and I are the
blessed with the homer of being the guides for the first ever HT kids program.
Spread the word on this to other like minded parents and individuals you know
that may wish to contribute and join the group, as much can be done from home at
your computers. There is no pressure to be an expert, just a true desire for the
right reasons will result in excellent personal contributions. Body, mind and
spirit (the whole child) is emphasized, which leaves lots of room for any
individual to contribute from their place of strength. I ask any interested
individuals who would like to get involved or have suggest material ( books,
games, activities etc) that you feel is in alignment with a children's program
for the New Spiritually, to contact me. A review of the CWG material in Book 2
as well as Chapter 21 in Tomorrows God is an excellent way to jump start ideas
and input.
And so is the beginning to HT Kids, through Education and Inner works here in
Canada. Next month I hope to start listing the materials we have to date, our
progress on the HT kids program for May in Canmore, and delve more into book
resources for Education and Innerworks.

At HT
Mississauga our visions and missions keep upgrading themselves in a
continuous spiral as we evolve into our next grandest vision!
First a little note on our absolutely amazing "Emotional Freedom" video
presentation held December 10th 2005. The video in itself was a lot of "food for
thought" and as well, the food was great, but the company the greatest! We were
most delighted to have Judith Onley doing what she loves best to relax and
de-stress us with her 'DANCE WITH SPIRIT' invocation.
HT Canada was pleased to tithe a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our
"ONENESS" calendars to Milton General Hospital's Orlando Sonsogno Fund and the
cheque for $90 was presented.
At this event HT Mississauga netted $310 for HT Canada after paying Jill for
the use of the facility and adding a bit to our small fund for our use of the
CONVERSATIONS game.

I have been asked to give a monthly update for the
newsletter on the IT/Web technical side of things for HT Canada. So, I am
briefly poking my head out from my little techno-cave, and shall try not to bore
you too much with geeky techy stuff.
The first thing you may notice is the newsletter itself. It has a new header,
footer and bit of tweaking here and there. Many thanks to Duane
Clausen for giving us permission to use his beautiful northern lights
picture for our newsletter.
Second, we are starting the process of switching web servers. Along with the
server switch will eventually come a new website that will be available in both
French and English. Currently we have two separate and very different websites
for each language. Combining them into one style and under one system will make
updates and maintenance a whole lot easier. Just what that new look and feel
will be hasn't been determined yet (although we are leaning towards the look of
the French site).
Third, there is now a whole whack of HT Canada stuff available for order on
the website.

Have you ever heard the above expression? On the surface, it seems like such a simple phrase, but what does it really mean?
First let me share with you some of my journey through the spiritual realms and what I have learned so far. I’ve been a new age / spiritual junkie since I first read James Redfield’s THE CELESTINE PROPHECY in 1996. Nourishing and feeding my soul, it prompted me to learn meditation and various forms of energy healing including becoming a Reiki Master. I read books by world famous spiritual authors such as Neale Donald Walsh, Carolyn Myss, Deepak Chopra, Kryon, Eckhart Tolle, Gary Zukov, Paulo Coelho and others. I took courses in the art of channeling positive energy and attended various spiritual workshops. I studied Buddhism, Angel cards, Sacred Path Cards, numerology and the Divine Triangle.
After only a few short years, I thought I had worked through all my “issues” and felt like an enlightened being capable of helping others to find their path in life. Silly me! Then something happened that redirected my course, at least temporarily. In a very unexpected place, I met my twin soul, that other part of me I knew existed but didn’t know where or when we’d cross paths. If you’ve ever held hands with your twin soul you understand what it’s like to feel so connected you cannot distinguish the difference where one hand touches the other because they feel as one. Or when you gaze into their eyes and become hypnotized by the energy flowing between both of you. Our love grew to such depths I was amazed that it was possible for it to keep expanding with each passing day. My heart was overflowing with joy and I was happier than my wildest fantasies. Over time though, my yearning to live in service to a higher calling began to fade. After all, what could be more glorious than to know true love? It’s an expression of God’s love, right?
Absolutely - but I think the universe decided I was becoming too complacent in my happiness, or maybe it was just time to get back on my ocean liner and sail the seas of my spiritual journey. In any case, it began to place some obstacles in my way in other areas of my life. I struggled for months with the changes forced upon me. I found myself crying all the time, falling into a deep depression riddled with anxiety, worry, and fear. My life began to feel incomplete. I had let my purpose disappear into the recesses of my mind, existing only as a distant memory. Until one beautiful hot summer day when it somehow managed to maneuver its escape from the shadows and stare at me square between the eyes. “Where have I been? Who have I become? This is not me,” I realized. I look for the higher meaning in everything that happens, I gave up being the victim a long time ago, yet here I was, blaming others for my current circumstances. In that moment, I turned the Light back on and made the decision to bring myself back into alignment with the universe. The manuscript I had been struggling with suddenly started pouring out page after page. I became reconnected to my passion of writing, and rather than looking for excuses I sought out every spare moment I could find. Working full time would not stop me from doing what I loved. I woke at five o’clock every morning, meditated and worked out. My lunch hours became dedicated to writing, as did my evening hours. Writing obligated me to work through issues I had pushed aside for too long and provided opportunities for the necessary healing to occur. In the process I became alive again and felt my guiding Light stronger than ever before. Life is a journey – everyone’s heard that before. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. We have to walk the path, do the work and listen, really listen to your heart’s calling. Ego can make us believe we’re ready before we actually are, or alternatively, convince us that the time is not right, but the infinite Divine wisdom knows the Truth.
Take a look at what your outer world looks like. Is your pathway filled with a rocky road that causes you to lose your balance and fall? Or is it lined with smooth, evenly spaced stepping-stones allowing you to move gracefully along your trek? If you are still struggling, if things are just not going the way you believe they should be, stop and take time for quiet contemplation to discover what is holding you back. Listen to the voice within and allow your higher consciousness to reveal the areas of your life that need special attention. Observe what is going on internally and you will learn why your external world is not to your liking. Ask yourself what your relationship is like with money and with other people in your life, including partners, family, friends, co-workers, and bosses. Search for clues in all areas because ‘how you do anything is how you do everything’. Write your feelings down in a journal; explore your anger, sadness, betrayal, longing and jealousies. Release these emotions through the spoken word as well with a close confident or even by yourself. Yell, scream, and curse. Do whatever it takes to get it out of your system. Feel it leaving your body with the knowledge that you are taking responsibility for your own healing and congratulate yourself for your tremendous efforts.
You will probably resist going through this exercise because exploring the unknown is scary and your mind will come up with all kinds of excuses to keep you where it feels comfortable. But trust me, getting to know yourself at deeper levels and discovering the gem in your soul is more than worth the initial discomfort. Take a leap of faith and act in spite of fear. Open your arms to the universe and tell it to ‘bring it on’! Embrace every experience that comes your way with gusto but treat yourself with gentleness, especially when you screw up because you can pretty much count on it happening. Our most profound lessons occur through making mistakes. Be kind, acknowledge the error and make a commitment to do it better the next time, then move on without beating yourself up. May you soar high above the cloudy skies, sail across the stormy seas and discover your pot of gold waiting at the end of your rainbow. Each time you find even the smallest of nuggets say to yourself, “I am amazing!” because you are.

Beloved ones,
Thank you for asking the question. Thank you for continuing to ask the
question until I loved the question. Thank you for offering me the opportunity
to be what love would do now.
Love observes and reserves, Most of us have shared experiences with little people/children that left us
feeling as though we've been touched by an angel. Happy babies shine bright,
their experience is the wonder of undiluted Oneness. Now my wildest dreams see a
world that offers dominion of self through recognition of our Oneness to young
ones from the moment they enter this plane of existence. Rather than teaching
our children the separation theology that invites one to dominate another and
making them work back to their sense of Oneness, I propose to fulfill my next
wildest dream.
Whether you're a parent or grandparent or not, it is in our best interest to
bring the experience of unconditional love to the children in and around our
lives. Unconditional love is the tool we all have to hand with which to insure
that this generation of children do not have to grow into something other than
their Selves. While I speak for myself here, I'm sure many of you are with me
when I say, I would give today's children a more functional world to live in
than the one we inherited.
Love feels there is always more to the
story.
Love supports and cherishes,
Love feels there is more where that
came from.
Love learns, grows, changing gracefully,
Love feels honoured
and grateful for the responsibility.
Love ignites, strengthens and
impassions
Love feels itself the answer, is the solution.
Love accepts
human darkness with dignity,
Love feels eternal compassion in the face of the
illusion.
Love is what is good for the whole,
Love feels oneness with all
life forms.
Love defies the illusion of time,
Love feels a soul connection
despite death.
Love speaks with tender care and attention,
Love feels
others feelings.
Love manifests as light and joy in our lives,
Love is
what love would do now.
