Cutting the Ties That Bind
Cutting the Ties is a very effective experiential exercise that frees you from connections with a person, situation or thing that no longer benefits you, or even harms you. You keep the healthy connections that benefit you and that from which you are disconnecting. You may even choose to cut from something as simple as sugar or fat for example. You will be very surpised at the wisdom that comes up within you!
Newcomers are always welcome. There is no fee but donations are gratefully accepted. For those who wish there will be discussion and tea afterwards.
